The three-day event offers more than 100 food artisans, wineries, breweries, distilleries, epicurean purveyors, and locally-made products at this ultimate food and wine experience. Overall, there will be 500+ different wine, beer and spirit samples will be showcased over the festival weekend. Whether you are a full-fledged foodie or an emerging gourmand, you are sure to find more than one event to whet your appetite at the Classic. There is something for everyone – from food and wine tastings, to seminars and cooking demonstrations, to outdoor adventures with food & wine influences, there are tastes and temptations at every turn.
As if the food and wine wasn't enough to get you to attend, there will be live entertainment, from music to auctions to cooking demos. There are designated driver programs and tickets are available at a discounted rate for those who do not wish to drink, but if were to have a little too much fun (and no one will blame you) lodging is available.
Just a friendly reminder that children and pets are not allowed to attend any festival events and Utah prohibits the sale of wine at the festival. For purchases, please visit you favorite local store as all the featured wines are local to Utah. For more information on the festival, please click here.
